ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Cross America Community Center, 840 Daniel Drive, Kokomo, IN

Cross America is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, outgoing, and customer service-focused person to be the first point of contact for our guests and the public through our Welcome Center, website, and over the phone. This administrative assistant will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn about our specific donor management system (DMS) and Clover POS system. An inquisitive mind is a must! We are excited to add another team player who will jump in and help whenever help is needed. Hours are 8 am to 3:30 pm, or flexible with the individual we hire.

This individual should have a spiritual understanding of our ministry and be confident when giving tours and explaining our founders’ intentions for the Cross America building and daily cross-mailing activity. This individual will interact and work closely with all employees, volunteers, and non-profit entities in our building along with our partners at Merrell Bros., Inc.
